Yes, you can apply for any home you are interested in. However, the application fee is non-refundable. If you decide to not move forward to the application process after viewing the property, no money will be returned. 

You have two options, you can visit the contact us page and fill out a paper application and attach it to your contact us request form, or you can apply online through the individual listing page. 

You are always welcome to drive by any available location. However, to view the inside of the community or home, you will need to schedule an appointment. Please visit the contact us page to submit your request. 

The pet policy may very from property to property. Most properties will not allow any dog that would appear on an "aggressive breed" list. 

Yes, all tenants need to have renters insurance before moving in. A confirmation declaration page will need to be provided on or before move in to management.
